Yesterday, the whole family went to Budapest, Hungary. People here call it "Budapesht", because all the "s"s in Hungary make "sh" sounds when they are not next to other letters like "c" and "z". We took a long and a short train ride (the one to Budapest was shorter). We went to a place called Parliament, and bought swords and shields in the gift shop there.
When we were waiting to get on the train home, Evan and I were playing a game called "Knights" and then music turned on and we started dancing. And Will wanted to join after we started dancing. It was fun! Check out our video!
Evan got Dad to promise to make cardboard armor for us so we can be pretend knights
Livy, you have got some smooth dance moves!! And thank you for the little lesson on how to pronounce Budapest. You are learning a lot! Keep sharing. :)
ReplyDeleteYou KNOW your Uncle Jason is going to be very, very happy that you say Budapest the right way!! :)
